Lepa Brena Cake:  Named after popular singer, this cake features meringue cake layers with ground walnuts, silky chocolate French buttercream and rich walnut cream.

Reforma Cake: In between the cake layers with abundance of walnuts and pecans there is a decadent chocolate French buttercream.

Schubert's Cake: Named after Austrian composer Franz Shubert, rich flavour of this cake comes from the cake layers made with almonds, chocolate, walnuts and pecans; home made apricot jam and creamy French buttercream. 

Nougat Cake: This is a variation of a classic confection made from honey, egg whites and almonds. It features airy cake layers made with egg whites and walnuts. The cake is filled with a white chocolate and roasted hazelnuts filling and whipped cream mixed with roasted hazelnuts.

Bohemian Cake: Fragrant cake layers made with roasted hazelnuts and chocolate with two French buttercream fillings (vanilla and chocolate).

Vasa's Cake: Cake layers made with walnuts and pecans and two kinds of fillings: French chocolate buttercream with walnuts, pecans and fresh orange juice; and chantilly cream

Intercontinental Cake: In between the  soft meringue and walnuts cake layers there are three fillings: French buttercream with roasted hazelnuts, chocolate cream and coffee cream (can be substituted with ground Plazma cookies)

Olivera Katarina Cake:  This cake is for raisins lovers. Cake layers with walnuts and raisins with chocolate French buttercream in between.

Zerbo Cake for coffee lovers. This clssic cake contains a combination of chocolate, walnuts, caramelized sugar and coffee flavours.

Kornet Cake (gluten free version available):  A delicious combination of chocolate, walnuts,  roasted hazelnuts  and whipped cream. This cake is almost similar to my Nougat cake,  yet very different.

Opera Cake: Unforgettable flavor of this cake comes from almonds and a hint of coffee in the cake layers, chocolate ganache and  hazelnut Italian buttercream. 

NEW White Angel Cake (gluten free): This is my version of the popular cake full of walnuts, chocolate and whipped cream.  What makes it different from the other White Angel cakes is mashed banana that is added to the filling to give it that special unforgettable flavour without overpowering the other ingredients.  The cake is so creamy and moist that it is hard to distinguish between the cake layers and the filling.
